Eligible families can apply for the new Active and Creative Kids Vouchers from 1 February 2024 with the following parameters: the child is a NSW resident and aged between 4.5 and 18 years old; and, the family receives:

  • Family Tax Benefit Part A, or

  • Family Tax Benefit Part B, or

  • Both Family Tax Benefit Part A and Family Tax Benefit Part B.

Netball NSW has been notified of a delay in the integration between the new program platform and PlayHQ.  This is a sport wide issue, not just affecting netball. We are expecting functionality to come online in the coming week, in the meantime there are three options for eligible participants.

Option 1 - they can choose to hold off registering with their 2024 Active and Creative Kids voucher until we can give you a further update early next week; or

Option 2 - if participants start the registration process, as an interim solution, they will be redirected to a google form within PlayHQ and asked to provide Netball NSW with their voucher number.

Option 3 – If Clubs or Associations are aware of participants wishing to redeem a voucher, they can send the google form link directly to eligible participants for Netball NSW to being the process below. https://forms.gle/N5Z6eD1QJz1bKkLw8

Netball NSW will verify and redeem the Active and Creative Kids Voucher on the participants behalf, and provide a Netball NSW voucher number to be used to finalise the registration process (reducing registration by $50).

Please note that manual redemption of Active and Creative Kids Vouchers after a PlayHQ registration has been completed, will NOT be available under the new Program.

Also, a reminder that Active Kids disbursements will now be distributed monthly by PlayHQ. Please once again notify all Clubs of this.

This is a short term solution, and we appreciate the netball communities understanding.  If you have any questions, please reach out.
